About RTM

Roseburg Tractor & Machinery (RTM) originated as a Ford New Holland dealership in 1976. In 1983 we were approached by Ford to liquidate a large warehouse in Troy, Michigan and by 2000 the demand for a company that was able to liquidate, market and clean up entire industrial sites grew to the extent that we were able to move full time in to that market. Since then we have provided services for many major companies including:

In 2014, we added auction services, with the acquisition of I-5 Auctions. Our primary function now is the management of a fast growing auction company and the sale of our large inventory of used industrial parts and equipment (accumulated after decades in the demolition business). We maintain an extensive eBay store, and offer direct sales to individuals and businesses throughout the USA and internationally.
